Looking for my courage..Have you seen it?

I'm not saying that I want to defy my society, rebel and do whatever comes to my mind. But I need to stop listening to people with limited intellect (and negative energy) to affect me when making important decisions that have a tremendously positive effect in my life...especially the decisions that make me happy. I really need to be more aware and focus on my sixth sense and listen to it more. I've been so obssesed with trying to get everyone's approval on certain decisions expect my own! Need to work on my courage to do that, It's in there somewhere, I just need to bring it out but not sure how to go on about it. InshAllah khair.

Art....or just bored?

That's right, an artist by the name Dalton Ghetti has carved the alphabet out of pencil tips (he does other carvings on pencil tips as well)! I have no doubt that this gentleman probably has the steadiest hands ever as it's very impressive to keep your cool while working on something so fragile (like a tip of a pencil).....But I must confess a part of me wondered whether he was so bored that he decided to dedicate his time on a tip of a pencil...nevertheless, very impressive steady hands and discipline mashAllah.

Full speed ahead

Elhumdellah things seem to be falling into place and got nothing to lose but my speed on the path i'm taking. I better pick up the speed and tie all the loose ends (Study, business projects, family commitments). Got alot on my mind and that's the way I like it right now. : )

Flower Shopping

Absolutely love it! Feasting my eyes from the subtle to the vibrant colors of the petals to quietly inhaling the soul soothing fragrence, poetic, aren't I?
Too bad the flower shops aren't all in one area like NY's Flower District. Would love to see that!
